1. Research Use Only (RUO) – Critical Notice

All products sold by Flynn Peptides are strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro use only.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

2. Eligibility

• Unopened products may be eligible for return within a limited window if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

• Opened vials or products that have left our control are typically non-returnable.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind or for products that have been used.

7. Product Quality and Certificates of Analysis

We strive to provide high-purity research materials. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for many products.

Except as expressly stated, products are provided “as is.” We make no warranty that any product is free from defects or suitable for any particular research purpose beyond what is stated on the COA (if provided).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product descriptions, design, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Flynn Peptides and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
