2. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item shipped).

• You contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging with all labels intact.

• You provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or error.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Opened, used, or partially used products

• Products that have been reconstituted or mixed

• Products that show signs of improper storage or handling after delivery

• Products returned more than 7 days after delivery

• Custom or special-order items

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund request:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered that are claimed as lost or stolen. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature when available.
